Lee Griggs
Lee Griggs is Head of Aiviq, based in London.
Lee has a record of international business building with over 20 years experience, providing market leading enterprise and SaaS solutions to leading financial institutions. Lee has extensive knowledge of strategy creation, execution and expansion and has a proven track record in business development, process management and organisational optimisation.
Lee studied Geophysics and holds a BSc from the University of Leicester.
Alex Murphy
Head of Operations
Alex Murphy
Alex Murphy is Aiviq’s Head of Operations, responsible for customer services, professional services, pre-sales and commercial legal.
Alex is a CFA Charterholder with over 15 years’ experience both within and consulting to leading Asset and Wealth Managers in the UK and EMEA. During this time Alex has gained substantial experience ranging from operating model design and large scale programme delivery to business strategy definition and commercial negotiation.
Alex holds a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol.

Luke Tones
Luke Tones is Aiviq’s Head of Product, responsible for product management, strategy and marketing.
Luke has 10 years of experience in a wide range of industry, consulting and product roles across asset management, insurance and capital markets where he has focused on understanding customer needs and building data and analytics solutions that deliver clear business value. Luke is passionate about building a product organisation that truly represents the voice of the client, empowers users and delivers a roadmap that continues to solve the industry’s most important problems.
Luke holds a BSc in International Management & Modern Languages from the University of Bath.
Pavan Cherlapelly

Pavan Cherlapelly
Pavan Cherlapelly is Aiviq’s Head of Technology and Architecture, responsible for cloud platform design and implementation, information security and DevOps.
Pavan is a cloud platform specialist, with many years of experience in cloud automation, information security and scalable architecture across the financial services and banking sectors. Pavan has a passion for operational excellence and a proven track record in transforming organisations toward operational efficiency. His cloud-first technological roadmaps deliver secure cloud-native and optimised solutions.
Pavan holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of East London.

Greg Glass
Greg Glass is Aiviq’s Head of Revenue, responsible for commercial relationships, sales and partnerships.
Greg has over 20 years experience developing, selling and implementing data and technology solutions for Asset Managers, Investment & Commercial Banks and Retail Brokers in the UK, EMEA & US. Greg has extensive knowledge of the strategic business and data challenges facing Asset Managers as well as what industry leaders are doing to address them to create a sustainable competitive advantage and differentiated client experience.
Greg holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Gavin Cox
Gavin Cox is Aiviq’s Head of Engineering, responsible for all development and quality assurance.
Gavin has devoted over 20 years to building applications within financial services, delivering industry-leading solutions & establishing the highest development standards. Gavin prides himself on empowering engineering teams to bring about technological innovation, increased efficiency and high levels of quality assurance.
Gavin holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
